2 - Annual General Meeting

Founding Members, Active Members and the members participate on the call of the Bureau, at the Annual General Meeting. Each member has paid the dues for the current year within the time entitled to vote.

The ordinary General Assembly can only validly deliberate unless at least half its members are present or represented at the meeting.
